Here in Texas Red oak is ~$4/bf flat sawn, $6/bf quarter sawn - white oak is $5/bf flat sawn and $7.50/bf quarter sawn. That’s 4/4 pricing - you may be able to ask a little more for custom cut boards. You might go online and look up local rough cut prices.
