JR, are you using poly designed for greenhouses ? I have seven hoop houses and the poly lasts at least 8 to 10 years. A couple of the gable ends have 15 year old poly on them.
What are the average temps the poly is exposed to ?
Yes, greenhouse plastic. Double fold UV resistance. I purchase the green house plastic for my dome green house. It lasted 6 years. I used up the last of roll and now time to replace kiln cover and be black painted tin. The temperature of a kiln is much higher than a greenhouse.
I have several sheets left from the ceiling install in my new 30X50 foot work shop. So cost will be minimal.

No, but I'll know a lot more about them after you install one and post the results to the forum!
Good judgement comes from experience... experience comes from bad judgement.
As soon as I get a spare 30k or so
