Norwood mill to be demonstrated at national Walnut Council meeting

I've been asked to demonstrate the Norwood HD36 portable sawmill at the national Walnut Council meeting in Manhattan, KS on Tuesday, June 10th. Should be a great meeting, both for the demo, and information on hardwood (not just walnut) forest management. Hope to see some fellow Norwood sawyers there!

Sorry about the delay.  It was a good portable sawmill demonstration, and somewhere around 75 people watched the demo.  The logs were on the small side (6-8" diameter), but hey, they were walnut, and it was good for people to think of the logs as something that could be used for something other than firewood or chipping up.  The Norwood was a perfect mill for this sort of cutting.  Very muddy, though.  I always enjoy working in front of an audience, and getting volunteers to run the mill for me.  Other presentations were great, as well.
