There's a separate set of boxes for the trailer; the instructions for the trailer may be in the TRAILER box 1.

I seem to remember a similar confusion when I assembled mine.

Saprem, were you able to get ahold of a manual? I'd be happy to scan and email you a copy of mine. 

I have also recieved my LM29 trailer attachment without instructions, could someone please send them to me if you have them handy?

Mike - Just received my LM29 and the trailer package instructions do not match the parts in the box. Could I please have the correct instructions.

I just received the rest of my LM29v2 packages and I too did not receive trailer assembly instructions. Please help so I can finish setting this up!

I purchased a LM29 in 2014 without a trailer package and just received the trailer option this morning (ordered March 31, 2021) I have no idea how this thing goes together as there were no instructions. In addition to that I received several parts I know I didn't order and am missing several parts I know I did. Does the trailer package come with limit switches, an emergency stop switch and (3) tires, one of which is a different size? It also came with a cant hook tool about 30 inches long. I don't know if that was a mistake or a gift. Can anyone point me to where I might find a assembly diagram or can someone e-mail me a copy?

Well, here it is 2022 and the same situation with my LM30 - no assembly instructions in box 1 for trailer/support leg. Don't these Norwood packers ever get it? Where can I find a copy or pdf version? Thanks in advance.

Yes, got it all together, and it's now waiting for first use in about a week. I contacted Norwood Sales department and they emailed back a pdf version of the instructions. Not sure why pdf instructions are not made available on the site. Certainly would make it easier for everyone. Thanks for your reply!

Hi everyone new owner of a LM30, After using it a few months I decided to get the trailer package. Once the final box arrived I discovered I do not have any instructions. From reading above, looks like a very common problem. would someone be willing to send me a copy?

BTW: Norwood if you are listening, this issue could easily be solved with technology you already have. Either allow verified owners to download instructions from the website. OR perhaps you could attach the instructions to the "your order has shipped" e-mail.

Love the mill hope Norwood gets their crap together.

Try calling Norwood - they’ve actually been pretty good about answering for me lately and they can give you the instructions online. That’s what they did for someone else recently. I’m hoping they are still improving their costumer service - I know that they’ve been pretty good to me lately.

I found out the instructions were missing Friday. Didn't think a call on good Friday would get anything but their voice mail. Norwood has never answered one of my voice mails ever. Was really hoping to get trailer kit installed during this 3 day weekend. But yes I was planning on starting the process of getting them to answer a call on Monday. Hopefully it will take fewer days to get someone to answer this time.

Just looking and looks like someone who has the same mill left his email in post #25 for another person to contact him with the same problem. Maybe you could email him and get the PDF instructions from him. Most of us sawyers try to help each other out so I bet he wouldn’t mind.

I don't own a Norwood, but I have assembled them for others. For the last 6 months I have supplied the trailer assembly instructions in pdf form by reply email for the many of you who received no instructions with your trailer package. Norwood is doing nothing about this situation, relying on me to respond to the dozens of requests of owners who are stuck without instructions. This company is demonstrably incompetent and obviously has serious attitude issues when it comes to their customers' needs.
