vanguard 23hp is leaking oild

Hello friends I owen Norwood saw mill MX34 it was running good until yesterday I have found out oil is leaking from the vanguard engine it looks like that from the gasket I have removed the engine from the saw mill to check and buy spare parts. I am looking for the model number but it seems that was erased. My question dose anybody know what is the model number of the engine. Ahmed in Qatar

My 23 HP Vanguard is 627 cc and model number is 380000. There is a 480 cc motor that’s model 290000 and two 570 cc motors model 300000 and model 350000. Not sure of the horsepower rating of the smaller three - pretty sure that you will have the larger one but displacement should be stamped on the engine. https://manualmachine.com/briggsstratton/vanguard300000/999808-user-manual/ This is the owners manual for these engines. thank you very much for your reply i was looking at the engine i have found out this reading MODEL 386447 TYPE 0138-G1 CODE 08080711 SO DOSE THIS WILL HELP WHEN I TRY TO BUY SPARE PARTS THANKS AGAIN
