Surely there is a better way to guard against spam. This filtering method is akin to being stopped by the police every time you walk down the street, even though it's your own neighborhood. I thought for a long time I was being shunned by Norwood because of some less than complimentary comments I'd made. There have been times I couldn't even reply, in a timely fashion, to responses given to threads I'd started.
Yesterday, I also read this sort of post in which a user was complaining about login issues. I think, in this technical era getting australian writing help online and resolving such an issue is not a big deal but company is not taking it seriously and continuously making errors in their system and users have been complaining about it for a longtime now.
