Norwood and customer, parts support.
Comment: especially for [email protected]. Where is everybody at Norwood. All phone lines are always busy. No return calls, hold, forever. I have issues with the HD36, with all the bells and whistles. My electronic control panel will NOT function. Throttle control board will speed the engine and start the blade. That is a separate board. I can NOT move the deck or the height with the electronic handheld control. I have traced issue to the circuit boards, dimension engineering, sabertooth 2x32 is issue. The only help i got from Norwood was to take a hair dryer and dry out the control box. Tried that when i did checks before i called them. I can NOT use the mill until the problem is fixed. Norwood needs to get their act together. I understand they may have issues, BUT, i need to cut cribbing for a barn wall fix and do the repair BEFORE the snow flies. Ok, Norwood, how long IF u do even respond. You have my email, phone info. A good mill is No good if no parts and support. Anybody else have issues.

Any further luck with your problems countryboymike or are you like me waiting over 5 weeks to fix their mistake with very limited communication and no firm commitment. Still can't make sawdust
Maybe they have changed the name to Ignorwood.

is your mill electronic or u push the carriage? Mine has the electronic and wired. just need that control board in the unit.

24-48 hour response is just "how do you know they are lying? Their lips are moving! A good mill - needed repair parts= And u want me to recommend Norwood. LOL. Support your customers that bought the mills.

[email protected] Where is the customer service for Norwood Sawmills? I bought a sawmill, I need attachments. I can't order them. Can someone please address why it is taking so long for any correspondence from Norwood. The 24-48 hrs, from email, from phone, from Chat, is now 7 days ago.

I wonder why Norwood has NOT even acknowledged a problem exists. Mike from Norwood has NOT been working there for several years. Do u think the media team may still be using an old Commodore 64 computer or a Texas instruments tape drive with no internet???? Why would they NOT post on here and keep us updated.

Well maybe we have turned the corner and are returning to normal. I ordered an extra bunk kit and a couple of parts from Norwood last week and surprisingly they replied to me within 2 days and I received notification of shipment in 5 business days. That’s the kind of service I got 41/2 years ago when I bought the mill and I hope that they continue to conduct business in this manner! Thanks Norwood for your efforts on this order!!

Update - I received my shipment with everything accounted for and no back orders or missing parts. I appreciate it Norwood!!!
