Comment: especially for [email protected]. Where is everybody at Norwood. All phone lines are always busy. No return calls, hold, forever. I have issues with the HD36, with all the bells and whistles. My electronic control panel will NOT function. Throttle control board will speed the engine and start the blade. That is a separate board. I can NOT move the deck or the height with the electronic handheld control. I have traced issue to the circuit boards, dimension engineering, sabertooth 2x32 is issue. The only help i got from Norwood was to take a hair dryer and dry out the control box. Tried that when i did checks before i called them. I can NOT use the mill until the problem is fixed. Norwood needs to get their act together. I understand they may have issues, BUT, i need to cut cribbing for a barn wall fix and do the repair BEFORE the snow flies. Ok, Norwood, how long IF u do even respond. You have my email, phone info. A good mill is No good if no parts and support. Anybody else have issues.
Any further luck with your problems countryboymike or are you like me waiting over 5 weeks to fix their mistake with very limited communication and no firm commitment. Still can't make sawdust
