Hi Latham

There is a link at the very top, middle of the page above the lumberjack to click on which will take you directly to the forum.

I have the Norwood main site separate to the form site that way I can come directly here.

I found when I try and log in from the saved link, it won't recognize my username.

When I log in from a link provided in my email (someone commented on a post, so I get notified), I can log in.

From this, I assume the saved link I  had from the previous forum home page is now a zombie; it's still there, but the user is not getting re-directed to somewhere they can actually log in. The log in screen doesn't get a response, because the background server no longer recognized it.

How about setting the old link up with a redirect?

http://www.norwoodsawmills.com/user   (this no longer works for me)

I deleted all the links and now use this one and it works.

I actually find the new site a bit confusing. I've been on the road with my real job and am distracted.

Hi guys

If you keep experiencing log-in problems, please let me know so I can inform our IT dept. Thank you

I've been away and perhaps as I settle in this week it will a make sence. I don't see any link above the Bill M cartoon ( that was funny Ronnie). The forum seems to work as normal for me.

Signed, Mr. Patience

Hello Mr Patience :)

On the home page of the website www.norwoodsawmills.com there should be a link above the lumberjack. (you need to hover over the register/login to enable the link)

Please let me know if the link is showing up on your page.

Thank you,

Mike, I can b taught. Right there it is. Plus I figured out the rest of the site and it makes more sense. It would be nice to have more instructional videos. As time goes by maybe you can post some more. Also, why not offer other blade angles. It's been suggested that I use 7 or 9 degree blades for how I cut. I just hate going to the dark side for blades so I'll probably go with the Sabre blades next time.

Hey ! frosty here, I have thawed out a bit, Baron what do you know about the sabretooth blades. I ordered 5 to try, and I will share my findings.

They look competitive. Funny, never met anyone that was terribly in love with the gold line Norwood has. Is it because of price?  I want to buy for the brand whenever it is competitive so maybe these saber tooth blades will fit that category.

Now for a good sharpening service through norwood. That will be much more difficult to be competitive at.

Bill wouldn't you be better with a faster blade?  Maybe KC could chime in as he cuts allot of softwood.

Just finished a day of sawing with the new Sabre tooth blades  I like them better than the gold lines Althouhgh the gullets are quite a bit shallower they are SHARP & seem to be more aggressive It's the first time my engine pulled down if I tried to go to fast Very satisfied!
