Six Months & Still Waiting
Ordered and paid for my HD36 4’ bed extension, need to be able to cut 24’ poles for my pole shed. Ordered and paid about 6 months ago. For the first 4 months I got no response to phone messages and emails. I got a phone call and a nice enough lady tells me she’ll escalate my case as to get my order processed. Now for the last two months I get an email saying we are working on my order and will be notified when it processes. Suggestion: could you cannibalize one of your whole units and get those parts out to us good long term customers and Supply us with the parts we need to move along. I would hope your interest in acting for those of us that have been with you From the get go would be stronger than the new loyal supporters I mean customers. I am glad I don’t need a critical part to operate but I am very dissatisfied with lack of actual service.

Good News for me maybe. Wrote Trevor and he jumped right on it. Suggested my situation was pretty bad! Took my order details down to shipping himself and said watch for a tracking number, would be on its way soon. I said fire all them ars hills. No just kidding. The covid thing was heck all over and in many ways. Lots of major headaches in every pipeline. So don’t despair rangers, just be tactful and try another angle. I’ll keep my big finger crossed!
