I'm not so sure it would do any good it seems Norwood is headed in a different direction no response to calls and poor service.

oh wow !! yea it uploaded for me all new home page. i never have used the home page i have the norwood connect saved to my favorites and i click it and go straight to the forum. looks like thier doing some work there, maby soon they will address some issues here too. i hope. to bad they couldnt give us a shout and let us know whats going on and that we matter to them....

Used to come to the Norwood Connect forum a LOT to learn from you experienced guys. Life got in the way for nearly 4 months dealing with frustrating contractor and home renovations, as well as the dirty four letter word - work..... Got back to cruising the forum only to find all the spam from folks that have nothing to do with sawmilling. Good grief. Only think I've heard from Norwood is that they are coming out with a new model and updated models. Just my luck as I got my HD36 last Summer in peacemeal fashion. Least they tried hard at getting the full shipment to me and the mill is together. Saw a video where they were talking about getting 6K calls per day and were overwhelmed. If they don't get a grasp on the problems of the spamers on this forum, they won't have anyone here as a resource for others either. Hey, I'm just glad that I'm not in Norwoods shoes going through all the upheaval now days. Hope everyone is doing well and have a good / fun / safe sawmilling season. Lee
