A tornado or hurricane can be devastating. But you can salvage the valuable trees and turn them into a home, furniture or profits!

Turning lemons into lemonade is what Norwood band sawmill owner, Ed McEowen, did in 2004: “I have a Lumbermate 2000 that I bought in 2004. A tornado had gone through our land and knocked down almost all the big trees so I didn’t want them to go to waste.”

“The thrust of my pursuit is just to enhance my own lifestyle … to make nice things around the house, things for the house that I otherwise couldn’t afford.”
