    SAWMILL TECH TIPS - Judging Square Cuts & How Close is Close Enough

    In this episode of "Sawmill Tech Tips", Norwood pro-staff sawyer, Trevor shares some pointers on judging (and then measuring) how square your boards and beams are.

    Also, Trevor touches on judging how straight your sawmill set-up has to be before you should get on with the job of cutting. HINT: Shooting the sawmill with a transit is not necessary. Get your sawmill set on firm supports and get it level to about an 1/8th of an inch.
