Sawmill Warranty

We’re so convinced of the quality & durability of our band sawmills, that we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part returned to us and found to be defective through manufacturing within the first two years of the original purchaser’s ownership, with the exception of consumable items such as belts and blades. Norwood offers a one-year limited warranty on most other equipment. Engines are covered by a 2-year warranty directly with the engine manufacturer. Read the complete warranty here.

Sales to Non-Registered Norwood Owners

The parts and attachments Norwood manufactures are designed to work with Norwood sawmills only. No parts and attachments will be sold to customers who do not own a Norwood sawmill.

Returns of Sawmills – Norwood 30 Day Guarantee

We know that you’ll be 100% satisfied with the value and performance of your Norwood sawmill. We back that up with a 30-day money back guarantee. If your Norwood equipment doesn’t do everything we say, simply return it to us within 30 days and receive a refund (shipping not included).

Returns of Parts & Attachments

Norwood parts and attachments are only sold to registered Norwood owners, so that we know that they will safely function with your mill. If you have made an attachment or parts purchase, returns are made at the discretion of Norwood customer service, and a restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the items.

Order Processing and Shipping

Most orders leave Norwood’s warehouse within 2-3 business days of ordering, although this is not guaranteed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you have purchased a sawmill, you will also receive a phone call from Norwood customer service to discuss your delivery.
