In situations where standard parcel ground delivery services are not available or air delivery, waterborne or over the ice transport is the only option to reach certain remote areas, free shipping is not available and additional shipping charges may apply. Changes made to the shipping address after an order has shipped that result in additional shipping fees, redirect fees, or delivery delays are the responsibility of the customer and will be at the customer’s expense.
