$1,131.30 $1,257.00

Designed for continuous heavy use, the Norwood BladeMate Pro sharpener is built for custom-sawyers and anyone who mills regularly.

The BladeMate Pro sharpens the entire tooth profile: face, gullet and back. Equipped with an integrated 12 V motor, sharpen your blades anywhere, even at your milling site. Manually-operated, the semi-automatic action means you simply turn the crank, and the grinder does the rest, precisely advancing and profiling each tooth.

Calibrated specifically to exactly profile SabreTooth 7/8”-pitch blades at 10° hook angle. Accommodates both 1 1/4” and 1 1/2”-width blades. Precision-machine and calibrated components, and preloaded precision-bearings, minimize vibration throughout grind cycles. Sealed, dust-resistant cabinets, and industrial plating & power-coating, protect and extend component life.

Equipped standard with a premium 120 mm x 4 mm vitreous aluminum-oxide grinding wheel, and sturdy tripod support legs, Norwood’s BladeMate Pro sharpener comes complete with everything you need to get started.

Compatible with: HD38 HD36V2 LM30 MN27

Standard, Norwood band sawmills are 16-feet long (4.8m) so you can cut upto 13 -feet (4m) long depending on the model.

To saw longer, add optional 4-foot (1.2m) log deck extensions. You can saw logs of any length in stationary configuration – some Norwood owners are sawing logs over 40-feet (12.1m) long!If you want to add the trailer system to your Norwood, you can still add bed extensions, but cannot go as long.

With the HD36V2 or HD38, you could add one permanent 4-ft (1.2m) log deck extension and up to two 2-ft (0.6m) detachable extensions to saw logs up to 21-feet (6.4m).
